I'd been working on video game inspired posters now for about a year. It's something that express's my love for the medium in more ways than just talking about, or playing them can.
Only recently though, I'd decided to change the format layout of my work to suit a more unusual size and shape of poster. I think the length really adds a dramatic emphasis to my work, something the A4, A3.... couldn't. The vertical style really adds extra premise to these posters. I'm very proud of my these designs and the format they lay on as I don't think I'd of had as much fun doing these on a regular size.
All of the items are sketched and scanned, before I apply the main template in Illustrator; this is where most colour info and shape is setup. Any further artwork is added in Photoshop, for final touches.
